'Hotmail affair' includes a whole series of institutions: Martina Dalić surpasses DORH, SOA, HANFA, HOK ...

The "Hotmail Affair" of the Vice Prime Minister of the Government of Martina Dalić not only shook the ruling and launched an opposition, but included a whole series of institutions!
They check whether there are illegal elements in vice-president email correspondence with consultants, brokers and attorneys.
It was confirmed that SOA and DORH were involved, the Conflict Resolution Committee yesterday received the very first comprehensive report against Martina Dalić, and since it was forbidden to give illegal information to third parties and to trade on the same basis, HANFA investigated. And the Croatian Bar Association was quoted by the vice-president Dalić's statement on free legal aid from the Law Firm Šavorić and his partners announced that he will also request additional responses from the Government.

Ivan Vilibor Sincic, the leader of the Living Wall, from the Parliament called on institutions to examine whether the law firm "Šavorić" at the time of writing "lex agrokora" received two million kuna from the state budget on two occasions, and MOST and SDP announce a lively debate next week. They collected a sufficient number of signatures, and in the run they sent out two of their legal initiatives, which will be the next week to go all the way around "afere Hotmail".
It is now seeking to continue the work of the investigative Commission for Agrokor without the documents investigated by the DORH, and announce that they will "discuss the entire contaminated process around Agrokor." SDP will open the way for the Government and vice-presidents to open the debate on changes to the conflict of interest law they want to include an extraordinary trustee.
Peja Grbin (SDP) said there is no dilemma in the case of Dalić's case of criminal offenses of abuse of office and powers and misuse of privileged information of that previous association.
He recalls that Martina Dalić, responding to his representative question, said there was no list of people who worked on "lex Agrokor".
"She lied then, as he lied to the parliamentary committee when she said she had nothing to do with Lawyer's Office," says Grbin.
Recalls that, according to law, at all meetings of state officials, unless they are declared secret, they must keep records, which are then to be disclosed to the public upon request.
- Of course there is not one here. He knowingly breached the law because, and what these latest mails show, everyone knew very well that they were in conflict of interest. When a state official with private individuals by the procedure negotiates how to prepare a law, what is it rather than a purely conflict of interest - estimates Grb.
He particularly warns that the financial director of a listed company submits financial reports that have not yet been published by the vice-premiers of the Government, which then continues to give them the largest brokerage house in Croatia and other advisers.
"What if it is not the passage of privileged information, or the criminal offense described in the Criminal Code," says Grbin.
He is convinced that after this, Dalić can not remain vice-president, as Tomislav Karamarkonakon afere Consulant could not survive politically.
"It should obviously be a week to understand it," says Grbin.
